S.V.G.E stands for SlashAndBurn's Vector Graphic Editor. It is a simple, but advanced line art editor. Try it out, it’s free and can somewhat substitute for a few $100+ programs. Some features are not fully functional, but it can at least open files created with Flash Exploit which is useful for creating desktop wallpapers.
